| The device turns on, but the display stays off. | The power jack is incorrectly connected. | Check the DC power jack connection on both ends and make sure the correct power cord is used. |
| Connection error | Either the pipette or the tube is not fully inserted. | Ensure the pipette or tube is properly connected. Check for any debris or spills on the electrodes or ball plunger. |
| The sensor connector is not connected. | Ensure the connector cable from the station is properly connected. | |
| The high-voltage connector is not connected. | Ensure the high-voltage connector is properly connected. | |
| Connection failure | The pipette tip is either missing or is incorrectly inserted. | Ensure to fully insert the tip. |
| Either the buffer is missing or the sample is not fully prepared. | Add 3 mL of electrolytic buffer into the tube. Ensure to prepare the cell solution according to the protocol. | |
| Wrong buffer is used. | Make sure to use Buffer E with 10 μL tip and Buffer E2 with 100 μL tip. Only buffers included in the kit should be used. | |
| Issues other than connection | Run self-diagnostics. | Go to Setting tab and select Self-Diagnosis button. |
