Error message	Cause	What to do
Please connect station.	The connection between ExTransfection™ pipette station and ExTransfection™ unit is loosened.	Check the connection between the station and the unit.
Check tip for air bubble.	An air bubble is detected inside the tip.	Discard the solution and aspirate again slowly to avoid bubble formation.
Please enter protocol name.	Each protocol to be saved needs to be named.	Enter a protocol name.
Password incorrect, please re-enter.	An incorrect password was entered.	Enter the correct password.
Input voltage, pulse width, or pulse number error	One or more parameters are out of range.	Enter the parameter value within the acceptable range.
