Here is the method for backing up the data
1. Connect USB to FREND
2. Press ‘All’ in Backup DATA tab to save data in USB
(Processing time may vary depending on the amount of data.)
3. Check the USB to see all the folders and files are saved safely. The backup files are saved in the path below.
USB memory\FREND\[S/N + current time]
4. Connect the USB to the computer
5. In the USB file, you can see the [S/N + current time] folder in the FREND folder
6. Transfer those files to e-mail or preferred method to deliver it to NanoEntek support team
