The appropriate volume varies depending on the item, but generally speaking, it is as follows:
General: The proper volume for the FREND is 35μL.
If you are using AP, the proper volume for the FREND system is 70μL.
(Vitamin D uses 35μL of the sample first, and then, transfer it to a dilution tube. Draw 70μL of the mixed sample to a pretreatment tube)
