For control blood, level 2 and level 3 of CD-Chex CD34 Flow Cytometry from Streck are recommended.
Control Blood needs to be incubated at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Mixing step 1
Rub tube for 20-30 seconds
Mixing step 2
Invert for 8-10 times
After mixing, aliquot 20 μL to empty e-tube and to to staining steps.

①Staining
Mix sample and antibody (grey labeled) as the following below.
Please make sure the sample is mixed before performing the staining.
Please see the dilution article before you perform staining.
②Lysis
Lysis must be performed with 1 x RBC lysis buffer.
10x RBC lysis buffer is provided. Dilute with PBS.
Recommend creating 1 mL of 1x RBC lysis buffer. ( 100µL 10x RBC lysis buffer + 900 µL of PBS)
