ADAMII LS is an image-based fluorescence analyzer developed for laboratories and industry. This includes brightfield and three fluorescent channels - GFP, RFP and DAPI.
Following assays are available :
- Total cell counting & viability
- Cell cycle
- Apoptosis
- Fluorescence expression
Using acridine orange (AO) and DAPI staining solutions, total and viability can be measured.
